SARAH HYSERMAN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sarah has served as the Executive Director since founding the agency in 2014. As the ED, she oversees all the day to day operations as well as policy and procedure development, quality improvement and financial management. She has over 24 years of experience working in the field.
Lisa Casada, Assistant Executive Director
Lisa joined our team in 2014 as the Program Manager. She has over 13 years of experience providing services to people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She is responsible for all the day to day operations for the agency. .
Shanna Shaffer, Program Manager
Shanna joined our team in 2018 and is the one who keeps everything running smoothly in the office. She handles all the office duties including payroll, billing, filing and staff training. She has over 20 years experience working with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
